Not a sale. Not a rebrand. A protest.
Our statement
THE SEED
WAS NEVER
THE ENEMY.
Whitehurst Genetix is closing in protest of Virginia and federal cannabis policies. Independent breeders deserve clear rules and a fair chance—not constant uncertainty.
We support responsible regulation. Our store is closed. Our position hasn't changed.
